Adding value
We expect all of our students to fulfil their potential.
This means that we carefully analyse the kinds of results that they should be aiming for, based on a standard assessment.
We take this as a minimum – our statistics show that our students consistently do better in their GCSEs and A-Levels than predicted at age 11 (in the jargon, they achieve high value-added scores). The high quality of teaching in GDST schools means that they do better with us than they would elsewhere.
