Why GDST Why GDST
All GDST schools are different, but there are some aspects that they all have in common:

  • All our schools aim to help every student in our care achieve their full potential. This means more than encouraging a student who might otherwise be on course for a B or C grade in another school to achieve an A (although we do this too). It means giving them the opportunities to try new challenges, so that they can find their own strengths and develop a passion for the subjects they choose.

  • GDST-wide personnel policies and training mean that we attract, develop and keep the best teachers and leaders in every subject.

  • The security of being part of an historic national charity means that parents have the peace of mind of knowing that the GDST does not focus on short-term profit, but plans to be around for many years to come.
